Product Care

Our products are handcrafted in small batches and made to be used daily. A little care goes a long way toward keeping them at their best.

Soap Care
Cold process soap lasts longest when it can dry fully between uses. Use a draining soap dish or soap saver and avoid leaving the bar sitting in water. Stored properly, your soap will stay firm, fragrant, and enjoyable through its full life.

Body Butter Care
Body butter is made with natural butters and oils that can soften or melt in warm conditions. If your butter arrives soft, allow it to rest at room temperature or refrigerate briefly until it firms back up. Store with the lid on, away from direct heat or sunlight.

Lip Balm Care
Lip balm should be stored at room temperature. Avoid leaving it in hot cars or direct sun, as heat may cause softening. If it does soften, let it cool and it will return to normal.

Beard Balm & Solid Fragrance Care
Store tins in a cool, dry place. These products may soften slightly in warm weather and firm up again when cooled. Use clean, dry fingers to avoid introducing moisture.

Hand Salve & Cuticle Balm Care
Keep lids tightly closed when not in use. Store away from heat and water exposure. Use clean hands for best longevity.

Laundry Soap Care
Store laundry soap powder in a dry, airtight container. Use a dry scoop and avoid moisture exposure to prevent clumping.

Summer Heat & Shipping
During warm weather, products made with natural oils and butters may soften or melt during shipping or delivery. This is a cosmetic change only and does not affect product quality. If an item arrives soft, allow it to rest at room temperature or refrigerate briefly to return it to its intended texture.

Color & Texture Variations
Because our products are handmade, natural variations in color, texture, and swirl pattern may occur between batches. This is normal and does not affect performance.

Shelf Life
For best quality, use products within 12 months of purchase. Items containing water or exposed frequently to moisture may have a shorter usable life if not stored properly.
