Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during product launches or high-volume periods. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Sugar Maple South is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Warm Weather Shipping
During warmer months, products made with natural oils and butters may soften or melt during transit. This does not affect product quality. If an item arrives soft, allow it to rest at room temperature or refrigerate briefly to return it to its intended texture.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If an item is unused and in its original condition, please contact us before returning it. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
